Refund & Exchange Policy

At GENZOVA, every product is custom-made according to the customer's design, photo, logo, artwork, name, or personalized requirements. Therefore, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• Wrong size sent by GENZOVA
• Wrong design printed by GENZOVA
• Wrong product delivered by GENZOVA
• Product received with a manufacturing defect

If any of the above issues occur, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

No Refund Policy

As all products are customized and made specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Customer-provided incorrect size
• Customer-provided incorrect design, text, photo, or logo
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Order Inspection Period

Customers must inspect their order within 3 days of receiving it.

Any issue must be reported through WhatsApp within 3 days along with clear photos of the product.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Advance Payment Policy

A minimum advance payment of Rs. 1,500 is required to confirm all custom orders.

Orders will not be processed until payment is verified.

Customers must send their payment screenshot on WhatsApp after payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

• Order details
• Clear product photos
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

If the mistake is made by GENZOVA, we will bear the exchange shipping costs.

If the customer provides incorrect information (size, design, text, etc.), exchange shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
