Custom Orders

GENZOVA specializes in custom apparel, including:

• Custom Round Neck T-Shirts
• Custom Polo T-Shirts
• Custom Drop Shoulder T-Shirts
• Custom Full Sleeve T-Shirts
• Custom Kids T-Shirts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate design files, photos, logos, text, and customization details before order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Payment

To begin production, an advance payment of Rs. 1,500 is required via JazzCash.

• Orders without advance payment will not be processed.
• Customers must send a payment screenshot on WhatsApp after payment.
• We currently accept JazzCash only.
• Custom orders are processed after payment verification.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, images, text, and materials on this website are the property of GENZOVA unless otherwise stated.

Customers retain ownership of the custom photos, logos, and artwork they submit. By submitting content, customers grant GENZOVA permission to use it solely for order production and fulfillment.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful activities.
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
• Upload copyrighted material without authorization.
• Attempt to damage, hack, or interfere with website functionality.

Product Information

We strive to display product colors, designs, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, print placement, or product appearance may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

Limitation of Liability

GENZOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Order Cancellation

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins and are subject to review by GENZOVA.

GENZOVA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan.
